The way she talked about her father's bi-polar, from his sweet and loving side to his drunk, abusive side was very powerful. I can't imagine going throguh that experience.

This was very interesting. I was able to empathize with the authors family history and struggle with his identify.

It's an amazing book that really helps me learn about everyone's favorite wall crawler, Spiderman!

my favorite book ever

got me to like biographical books and i began to think about the idea that how everyone has a story to tell no matter what. usually we hide things/topics/relationships that hold the most significance or key value for us

This was very different from the steamy romances that Hoover is known for. This was a really good suspense/thriller story. The ending left me wondering what was true and what were lies. Really good read for anyone who likes tension and a twist.

fun book to listen to

A very memorable novel about how we should be contra injustice and that those who do are very important to society. when we dont stand up for what's right, we are on the oppressive side. it might not be easy or simple but the correct thing to do is always going to be justified regardless of anything else.

It's a great book but the sketches make it a little harder to see. But overall it's an amazing book.
